Checkendon Pre School
Located alongside Checkendon Church of England Primary School and set in the heart of the rolling hills of the South Chilterns, Checkendon Pre School offers a lovely and friendly environment for your child to learn, play and have fun.
Our staff have over 27 years of experience teaching and caring for children, It's a wonderful environment preparing children for their next steps onto school.
We take children from the age of 2 years (and in nappies). We have a super kitchen & cooking facilities and the children enjoy our healthy fruit & veg snack time.
The children join in with PE sessions at Checkendon Primary School on Friday mornings, as well as joining reception children for sand and water play in the Owls area on a Wednesday morning. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays we take the Pre-School children onto the school playing field to let off steam and enjoy the wonderful new facilities which are being developed there. Other activities include themed arts and crafts, woodland walks and interactive learning on the computer.
